Our 'no quibbles' guarantee of satisfaction*.
1. All our new items for sale are manufactured to all the relevant British Safety Standards.
2. Our "no quibbles" guarantee* means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 7
days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund less £1.50 to cover the
original costs of postage and packing. We do not accept returns for refunds from outside the
EU.
3. Products must be returned in the same condition that they were dispatched to you and must be unused. They must also include all original packaging,
labeling and documentation. If any damage or loss to either the product, packaging or the documentation,
we retain the right to refuse a refund.
4. We can only answer questions about an order if you quote your postcode that was supplied in your original order.
5. Our 'no quibble' guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the 'Sale of goods act 1999' and complies with the new online selling regulations.
